At Crude Boys Official, we pride ourselves on providing fast, reliable, and affordable shipping.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 1 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday through Sunday will ship the next business day.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Returns
We accept returns of unused products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.
No restocking fees apply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Instructions:
Include your order number in the subject line of your return inquiry.
Provide the return tracking number once shipped.
Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to ship your products safely, some glass or fragile items may be damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged item:
Contact us immediately with a broken item inquiry.
Provide two photos:
The damaged item in its original packaging (including bubble wrap).
A close-up of the broken item.
Resolution
For U.S. orders: Once verified, store credit will be issued for the item cost.
Shipping costs for the replacement are not covered.
International Orders
A similar process applies for damaged items.
Store credit will be issued for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
